Dr. Yvonne Cole is a home grown gospel artist who has brought her soul wrenching voice to the studio to begin recording her new album. Between speaking engagements Dr. Cole is in the studio working on her new CD and gospel record label. Each song will show how she gives her self emotionally and whole heartily to God on every song.
Oakland, California native Dr. Yvonne Cole has been sing and ministering in churches for many years which was only one of her many inspirations for recently starting her gospel label and becoming a gospel artist. The first singing group Dr. Cole sang with was a female quartet group called The Spiritual Specials. She later sang with Pastor Elijah Baker of Oakland, California as well as The Star’s of Joy. She has also sang under Bishop T.L Smith.
Dr. Cole has been married for 40 years to Leon Cole Jr. the both of them and they are GOD fearing parent with they instill and share five beautiful children Duanna, Dionne, Leon, Sean and Keyshia Cole. Sean (A.K.A NUTTSO) was hand picked by Rapper TuPac Shakur to be apart of his rap group, The Outlaws. Keyshia is a soulful singer with platinum hits such as "Love" and "Heaven Sent". Dr. Cole has influenced her children to be the talented artist that we have grown to know and love today. She has given her family the much needed support to succeed in life.
In her free time Lady Yvonne works with youth, travels, ministers to the elderly, and frequently visits hospitals and convalescent homes. Dr. Cole is a prophet of God who works diligently for His kingdom.
